Sending the callback form

The details from the callback form are sent by e-mail to benedikt.klosa@hista-digital.com via the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, Devro LLC, USA). FormSubmit processes the data only to forward it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (request prior to a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (handling your request). The transfer to the USA is based on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR because you send the request yourself.
