How much time does a collaboration take?
A collaboration consists of a welcome call (approx. 30 minutes) and a deep-dive call (approx. 30 minutes). If needed we do a photo shoot, which takes about two to three hours on site. After that you only need time for interviews.
What investment should I expect?
A recruiting service isn't tangible. Many providers exploit that and sell solutions for five-figure sums. Such an investment isn't necessary for one job profile. We name an exact price once we have looked at your case in the consultation call.
How fast do I get the first applications?
After the welcome call we need about 10 to 15 working days for implementation. After campaign start, 92 % of our clients receive qualified applications within the first five days.
I've already burned money. What do you do differently?

Where do candidates come from if the market is empty?
